CLICK on the "Customize and Control Google Chrome" icon

 

 

Select "Options"

 

Under the "Basics" section "On startup"

 

Select the "Open the home page" radio button

 

Under the "Home page" section

 

In the "Open this page:" text field enter the URL for PIKEme

Press "Enter" on your keyboard

 

Close the browser tab
